Free Online Tools To Poll Colleagues Before Sending Out Meeting Invites

Within my office I can usually determine team availability to attend my meetings by looking it up in Microsoft Outlook. But that doesn’t work for clients and vendors outside our corporate network.
I’m saving a lot of time using these free online Web applications to coordinate schedules before officially booking the meeting and resources.
